Fulfilment Administrator
Location: Nantwich
Duration: 3 – Month Temporary Assignment
Pay Rate: £12.21ph
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
Key Duties:
* Generate order documentation and issue it to warehouse staff for processing.
* Deal with problems relating to orders, such as incorrect details or missing paperwork.
* Produce and keep up-to-date product Quality Assurance Specification files.
* Oversee and update the spreadsheet of outstanding or incomplete orders.
* Support the administration of temporary staff, including timesheet verification.
* Assist with database or system amendments (training provided).
* Keep accurate records of inbound deliveries and related admin.
* Enter data from stock checks and other fulfilment activities.
* Provide general office and administrative support when required.
Key Skills Required:
* Demonstrable background in administration.
* Confident IT skills, particularly Word and Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables preferred).
* Comfortable analysing information and spotting trends.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
* Able to cope with pressure and meet set deadlines.
* Strong communicator who can work well with others.
* Experience in the dairy or food production environment would be advantageous.
