About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Void Supervisor to help deliver a major housing maintenance contract across the South of England. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day responsive repairs and void preparation, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll manage service partners and subcontractors, monitor performance, drive efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, celebrate team success, and maintain seamless service delivery.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience as a Supervisor within Housing Repairs & Maintenance.
Strong background in managing contractors and service partners.
Sound understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management.
Confident communicator with solid digital and people management skills.
A proactive, professional approach with a focus on quality and customer care.What’s on Offer

VIVO Defence Services, a powerhouse joint venture between Serco and Equans, is seeking a dynamic and driven Void Supervisor to play a key part in delivering an ambitious 7-year housing maintenance contract across the South of England.

About the role;
In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, with the freedom to bring your ideas and experience to life.
You’ll be responsible for managing our service partners and sub-contractors. You’ll ensure the delivery of responsive repairs and void works that meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll own your outcomes, monitoring performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring operational excellence.
Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you’ll tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and maintain service continuity.
What you’ll need;
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience as a Supervisor in Housing Repairs & Maintenance, ideally managing contractors and service partners.
A HNC or equivalent in a technical or trade-related field is desirable, as is a strong understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management. Your leadership
You’ll be confident managing service partner performance with both professionalism and care. You should be comfortable with both digital systems and interpersonal communication.
