1. Basic Salary up to £45,000 Depending on Experience
2. OTE up to c. £50,000
3. 40-hour week – Monday to Friday (8am–5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
14. Senior Technicians will lead diagnostic and complex repair work across a wide range of vehicles.
15. Support and mentor junior technicians if joining as a Master Technician, assisting with fault finding and technical issues.
16. Otherwise, carry out routine servicing, repairs, and MOT testing.
17. Ensure manufacturer and industry repair methods are followed.
18. Work closely with the workshop team to maintain high standards and efficiency.
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
19. Fully qualified to Level 3 (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) or have the equivalent skill level.
20. Experience as a Vehicle Technicianwithin a workshop environment.
21. MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential.
22. Full UK Driving Licence.
23. Positive attitude with the ability to gel into a closely-knit workshop team.
