Core Purpose
Responsible for processing inspection data, producing detailed drawings and written reports and ensuring the delivery of high-quality final outputs that meet clients’ standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Set up drawings, datasheets, and tracking sheets in accordance with the client-issued Scope of Work (SOW).
* Update and maintain inspection drawings and datasheets.
* Assist in the preparation of workpacks and systems for inspection projects.
* Process inspection data for inclusion in final reports.
* Assist in the setup and configuration of the Digital Edge system.
* Archive inspection data in accordance with company procedures.
* Undertake additional duties as required to support project and business needs.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with SCC (VCA) and applicable ISO standards.
QHSE Responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Energy Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

Skills and Experience
* Experience in project preparation and the use of modern processing software, including AutoCAD.
* Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch and English.
* Experience in the offshore industry is desirable but not essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Good knowledge of industry standards and relevant legislation.
* Ability to present and communicate information effectively.
* Skilled in preparing written reports and documentation.
* Skilled in analysing data and information.
* Strong ability to learn and research effectively.
* Proven ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
* Able to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
Qualifications
* Mid-level technical education qualification (Level 4).
* SCC (VCA) certified.
* Willing to obtain CSWIP 3.4U certification.
