This is a hands‑on role operating packing line machinery while supporting team coordination and continuous improvement across production shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and manage packing line machinery efficiently and safely.
* Meet production targets while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Lead product changeovers and support team coordination.
* Train and support new and existing team members.
* Report performance issues to the Team Leader.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across your shift.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience working with machinery in a production environment.
* Strong communication and numeracy skills.
* Proactive and team-focused attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekly)
Shift A:
* Week 1: Sunday‑Tuesday (3 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.
* Week 2: Sunday‑Wednesday (4 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.
Shift B:
* Week 1: Wednesday‑Saturday (4 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.
* Week 2: Thursday‑Saturday (3 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.
