You will lead the development of our outdoor curriculum, using the stunning local landscape to re-engage students and build their resilience, confidence, and practical life skills. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design: Plan and deliver high-quality outdoor learning sessions including Bushcraft, Forest School, and Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) activities. Stealth Learning: Integrate core academic goals (literacy, numeracy, and science) into hands-on outdoor projects. Student Support: Work with small groups to provide a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to education, particularly for learners with SEMH needs.
