Sustainability – Net Zero Journey, Energy Procurement, Energy Optimisation and Energy Compliance. The divisions operate an Inbound Sales Methodology for new customer acquisition and more tailored cross sale programs and campaigns to sell new products to existing customers. Working within the central ARO Marketing function, this role focusses on performance marketing in these specific business units, supported by central resources for Brand, Product Marketing, Digital and Events. We expect this role to support the Senior Marketing Manager with the overall marketing direction for the business units. Measured on traditional funnel KPI, performance marketing must also work hand in hand with Sales, Account Management and telemarketing teams to drive new logo, white space and resign business With business unit offices spread between Ewloe, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Farnborough, this role is Ewloe based with the expectation of travel to other offices or to see customers / suppliers as necessary. Pease note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office in Ewloe. What you’ll do The main responsibility is to be an integral part of our Marketing, Collaboration and Sustainability teams, formulating, planning, creating materials and running multi-channel campaigns that deliver our funnel targets and driving commercial metrics Tasks: • Build and manage content rich marketing programs for target audiences or key propositions in cooperation with Sales Management, Marketing and Product teams. • Establish clear analytics, in cooperation with our Business Intelligence team, to ensure all activity has clear objectives and measurable results, including ROI on any spend or resources • Work in cooperation with our Product Team, Marketing and suppliers to help bring together propositions and stories for all new products and features • Content Maintenance: Maintain key content areas, including the website, social media, and product literature. Requirements What we are looking for? Essential • At least 3 to 5 years B2B marketing, preferably IT and Technology based • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to demonstrate previous work with positive ROI and impressive results • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge • Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities • Marketing Specific Qualifications Desirable • Experience of working with word class vendors on collaborative campaigns and funding • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and Sales Personal Skill Set: • Clear Communicator • Personable and articulate • Resilient and independent • Resourceful and flexible Benefits Who are we?
