The established team has a great depth of knowledge, and this is a great opportunity for a fully skilled vehicle technician to join them working on the exciting range of Cars. As a Personal Service Technician’ you will receive an excellent manufacturer training and development as part of our ongoing programs and work to a high standard of performance. You will need to have good diagnostic and competency skills already gained in a franchised / non-franchised motor environment and work closely with the team members and interact with some customers.

Duties will include:
1. Maintain good communication channels with Service Advisors and Team Leaders
2. Processing of Vehicle Health Check information and contact with customers as required – Routine service and maintenance to the full range of Volvo cars
3. Diagnostic and warranty repairs
4. Preparation of new and used cars to agreed standards
Skills and experience required:
5. Certified qualification in motor vehicle repair and maintenance
6. High standard of presentation
7. Good diagnostic skills and confident in relating information to customers and colleagues
8. Commitment to providing the highest levels of customer care in dealership at all touch points
9. Must be a team player, ability to work to set guidelines
10. Full UK Driving license

13. Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 Basic per annum + Bonus scheme + Benefits
14. Contract: Permanent
15. Hours: Full Time 8.30 – 5.00 Mon – Friday (Plus Saturday morning Rota)
