and main responsibilities
·To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Endoscopy Leadership Team.
·To populate and maintain the Global Rating Scale to ensure Endoscopy meets standards relating to Clinical Quality, Quality of Patient Experience, Workforce Training, in preparation for GRS and JAG inspections.
·To act as point of contact to ensure training and competencies are up to date for Endoscopy staff.
·To provide a range of project and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of JAG accreditation, including being up to date with the latest JAG requirements, compiling audit data, supporting progression through the accreditation process.

Essential criteria
1. GCSE 9-4 (A-C) pass level Maths and English
Experience
Essential criteria
2. Experience of Office and Administrative procedures
Desirable criteria
3. Experience working in an Endoscopy Unit
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
4. Computer literate with Microsoft office experience, TEAMS, Word and in particular Excel and Outlook.

5. Hospital Systems experience in HICSS
