??What Youll Be Doing

Technical Duties

* Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites ???
* Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed ??
* Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues ??
* Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting ??
* Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete ??
