We're hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead European sales for a high-tech engineering business operating across defence, aerospace and advanced communications. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, key accounts and team development. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver European sales strategy
Lead and mentor a technical sales team
Manage key defence / aerospace customer relationships
Identify new market opportunities and drive growth
Forecast, report and deliver against targets
Requirements
Experience in technical sales leadership (RF / microwave essential)
Background in defence, aerospace or complex engineering markets
Strong commercial skills (pricing, negotiation, key accounts)
Experience managing and developing teams
Be a UK or NATO citizen with the right to work in the UK.
Be comfortable working in the defence industry
Be prepared to sign the official secrets act and complete BPSS clearance.
