Apex Resources Limited Tech Division are on the lookout for the below; As Account Director for the Defence sector, you’ll take ownership of high-value relationships within the UK MOD and associated agencies, driving growth through consultative solution selling and strategic account leadership. This is a field-based role with significant autonomy and national travel. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver the sales strategy for MOD and defence clients, identifying and closing major business opportunities. * Build senior-level relationships across MOD, military, and partner ecosystems. * Develop go-to-market plans aligned with new product and solution launches. * Navigate complex procurement frameworks and contracting environments to shape winning bids. * Drive collaboration across internal technical, marketing and delivery teams to ensure long-term client success. * Maintain market intelligence on defence priorities, capability programmes and budget shifts. * Mentor and coach wider account and sales teams to enhance capability and consistency across the business.
