Role Overview: Are you looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career in professional B2B sales? As a Telemarketer / Junior Business Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in our growth by connecting with potential clients, showcasing our services, and driving new business opportunities. This role offers an exciting pathway for career progression in B2B sales, with comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic organisation. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads, arrange appointments and demos, and build lasting relationships. Promote Serve First CXs services, including mystery shopping, feedback management solutions, auditing and operational excellence software, and customer engagement programmes. Update and maintain customer records using CRM systems like HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities. Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, strategies, and sales approaches to maximise results. Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and service improvements. What Were Looking For: Ambition and drive: A desire to build a career in professional B2B sales, with a willingness to learn and grow. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, with a professional and engaging manner. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is beneficial. Self-Starter: A proactive, motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Results-Driven: Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
