As Office Manager, you’ll be the welcoming face and the calm organiser who keeps the office running smoothly, sets the tone for the workplace and plays a visible role in supporting teams and protecting the company’s reputation. Just some of the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: You’ll act as the first point of contact for visitors, callers and enquiries, representing the business professionally at all times You'll manage reception activity, ensuring calls, messages and correspondence are handled efficiently and accurately You'll oversee the day to day management of the office building, coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractors You'll manage meeting rooms, ensuring availability, presentation and equipment readiness You'll control office supplies and stationery across the Group, ensuring cost effective purchasing You'll oversee cleaning standards and shared areas to maintain a consistently high quality environment You'll be part of our Group Support team, playing a key role in delivering essential support services across all companies and regions within the Group. You'll be located in the village of Sherborne St John, a ten minute drive from Basingstoke town centre, at our company head office.
