For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings, and team-wide projects.
What you'll do:
1. Develop excellent relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, challenges, and spotting future opportunities.
2. Support planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns aligned with KPIs and contractual requirements.
3. Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
4. Perform industry, competitor, keyword, and search trend analysis to inform SEO strategies.
5. Match business requirements with data to propose optimal SEO solutions.
6. Optimize texts, semantic tags, and metadata to improve search rankings.
7. Monitor site health and identify technical issues.
8. Assist outreach efforts, backlink analysis, and develop strategies for high-quality link building.
9. Implement local SEO strategies, manage GMB accounts, analyze performance, and create content.
10. Introduce continuous innovation by onboarding new methodologies, tech partners, and best practices.
11. Support and attend client meetings, QBRs, and annual reviews.
12. Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Web Development teams to integrate SEO with overall content marketing strategies.
What you'll need:
3+ years of experience in SEO, including:
* Technical SEO management for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites
* Experience with search tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
* Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
* Local SEO strategies
* Content development and link-building strategies
* Reporting SEO performance with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
* Client management skills
* Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends
* Passion for Digital Marketing and data analysis
* Strong presentation skills for clients and internal teams
* Attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude, confidence, and adaptability to challenges
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web programming (a plus)
* Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are highly favorable, especially for global or Pan-European accounts.
