Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and consistent kitchen operation, with responsibilities including:

9. Ensuring mise en place is completed efficiently for each shift
10. Supporting, guiding, and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team

12. Managing stock levels, portion control, and minimising waste
13. Working closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency
