We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. *The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. *Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations * Supervise and train kitchen staff * Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards * Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed * Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence * Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials *2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook * Knowledge of food safety regulations * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
