This is an exciting opportunity in our Insurable Risk team, providing vital support across claims management, data analysis, and administrative processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating sensitive information requests, and supporting the delivery of risk management services to the business.

1. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
5. Providing Best in Class Claims Defensibility Support
6. Supporting the Casualty Management Team with reporting for key stakeholders
7. Processing incoming and outgoing post for specific business entities
8. Facilitating claims related sensitive information requests
9. Maintaining the insurance, claims and risk management information system
10. Supporting with the collection and analysis of the data required for renewal
11. Facilitating the distribution of insurance certificates
12. Supporting the Management Team with contract approvals and risk management advice
13. Working alongside the other IR Technicians in supporting the team with general administration support
You will need
14. Basic Insurance Knowledge
15. MOJ Portal Regulations
16. Injury Reporting Systems experience
17. Experience of Claims handling
18. Intermediate MS-Office skills, especially Excel
