We are looking for an experienced HR and OD Manager, to join the team to support the delivery of the operational HR and OD plans and initiatives, and develop people practices which in turn help to support the organisations wider strategy and plans. You will be a HR and OD subject matter expert, providing advice offering ‘best fit’ solutions for the business and colleagues. This role will have line management responsiblity for the HR Assistant, ensuring a first class and streamlined transacational HR service and development and integration of HR systems. This is an exciting time to join and an opportunity to: ✨ Business partner with key leaders across the organisation, to drive performance and increase their confidence and competence ✨ Operationally lead on HR and OD activity, including employee relations, recruitment and talent management, rewards and benefits, colleague engagement and learning and development ✨ Provide HR advice on and manage complex ER cases ✨ Support and/or lead HR and OD projects and initatives, including wellbeing and EDI activities. Selection and Assessment process: Depending on the volume of applications there may be an initial short (20 minute) discussion, held virtually (MS Teams), to help sift candidates we wish to progress. The formal process for those invited, will be an onsite face to face assessment and interview. We anticipate the process will take place in December, prior to Christmas for face to face interviews, but virtual sessions may take place from late November.
