This leading regional firm, ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers UK, is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its specialist Court of Protection team in Redhill. The role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
* Act as or work alongside professional deputies for clients lacking capacity
* Manage high-value damages awards and complex financial affairs
* Advise on property and financial matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
* Play an active role in client relationship management and business development
What we’re looking for
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE
* Strong technical knowledge and confidence in handling complex matters
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and families
* Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative
