Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs in a mainstream primary classroom.
* Support the class teacher to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and able to thrive in the classroom.
* Contribute to behaviour management, SEN strategies, and pastoral care as part of the school’s support team.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives. Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH is desirable, but the school is equally keen to meet individuals with transferable skills, such as from care, psychology, or youth work backgrounds.
