Are you passionate about protecting biodiversity and delivering high-quality ecological work? We’re seeking a dedicated and capable Ecologist to join a well-established and respected ecological consultancy working on a wide range of projects across the country.
You’ll be joining a small, friendly, and highly experienced team with a strong reputation for professional integrity and ecological expertise. We work on diverse projects from ecological assessments and protected species surveys to habitat restoration and conservation planning.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field surveys, including bat, bird, and habitat assessments
* Assist with report writing for Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs), Appropriate Assessments (AAs), and Biodiversity Chapters for EIARs
* Contribute to project planning, data analysis, and client communication
* Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
* Experience in ecological consultancy or similar role
* Strong field skills, particularly in botanical or faunal survey techniques
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel for fieldwork
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
