HR Advisor
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri, 0900 - 1730
Salary: £30K - £35K DOE
Location: Manchester City Centre (fully onsite working)
Interview: 1 face-to-face stage
This exciting role is working for a well-known and established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester and requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions to clients via telephone in all aspects of HR and Employment Law in order to support the business needs of the individual clients, whilst highlighting any commercial options that are non-compliant and the risks these present.
As a HR Advisor, you will be taking a well-rounded and varied role that will help you to progress your HR career and really make a difference to a range of business across Manchester, as well as nationally.
Main Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
1. To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
2. To achieve the standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to provide an efficient solution-based advice, through telephone - this will be calling only advice.
3. To actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
