As a strategic partner to Portfolio Leaders, you will orchestrate the deployment of our brightest minds, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and targets are consistently achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead and own the creation of services scope and statements of work, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited sales pursuits.
* Lead and coordinate domain‑level technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product line.
* Lead and own architecture design for optimal deployment of our software products for the benefit of our customers on signed engagements.
* Manage a second‑line team of senior professionals; attract and retain talent, and influence policy and delivery within the area of responsibility.
* Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommend best practices, and apply industry trends to decision‑making.
* Lead creative solutions to complex technology processes, evaluate quality of information, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, presenting business or technical solutions to leaders.
* Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies, industry, and market trends to support project development.
Required Characteristics
Technical Expertise
* Consult customers on aligning business outcomes with technical solutions at the enterprise level.
* Design and develop software solution roadmaps, considering current and future business states.
* Understand configuration choices and related cost implications; experience with complex solution configurations.
* Discuss overall solutions in depth and sustain operational stability across life‑cycle phases.
* Provision and manage capital and operating budgets.
* Lead early‑stage customer interactions and guide integration of new solutions with legacy technology.
Business Acumen
* Navigate organizational structures, understanding roles, and leveraging resources to overcome obstacles.
* Facilitate active customer engagement and articulate what is most important to the business.
* Produce detailed functional information for cross‑functional teams, using effective presentation and storytelling techniques.
* Extensive knowledge of full solution catalog.
* Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification.
Leadership
* Knowledge of internal organizational structures and processes.
* Ability to foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, and rally teammates effectively.
* Experience leading blended teams, including third‑party partners and customer personnel.
* Change management and acceleration capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and curiosity with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Build consensus and influence across IT teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
* Strong utilities industry knowledge and experience with GridOS and GridSW applications, including implementation services.
* Proficient or certified in AWS/Cloud skills.
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the software industry.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving and program/project leadership abilities.
* Document, plan, market, and execute programs.
* Established project management skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Additional Information
For U.S. based candidates only, the base pay range for this position is $165,600.00 – $207,000.00 USD annual. The position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on December 1, 2025.
