Celtic Green Energy Ltd have an excellent opportunity available for an Project Co-ordinator specialising in Solar PV and Heat Pumps to work on a permanent basis out of the office in Gorslas, with a highly regarded contractor known for their history of delivering a high value Solar PV project for key clients.
The Company:
You will be working within the Solar PV division of the company with over 10 years' experience operating in South Wales, providing true end-to-end service from projects to mechanical & electrical installation.

The Role:
* Managing the design, pricing, and installation of PV solar panels, and completing projects to client scope.
* You will be involved in stakeholder management, site identification, selection and screening of sites, environmental assessments, permitting and financial close of solar projects.
* Providing further assistance with design works, price works, and quotes to the client by utilising prior Solar PV experience and knowledge, when required.
* Liasing with Client and carrying out site surveys
* Formulating, developing, and monitoring a program of works, starting at tender stage to construction stage, and managing successful handovers of projects and any aftercare requirements.
* Producing and presenting pre-start presentations to clients and staff.
* Setting up and chairing sub-contractor and client progress meetings throughout the construction period.
* Preparing accurate take-offs of material quantities from drawings, building up Bills of Quants, measures, and re-measures.
* Contributing to monthly financial reports.
* Managing sub-contractors and staff on site, when required.
* Ensuring quality is controlled and maintained through the projects.
* Overseeing H&S on site and ensuring compliance.
The Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience within project co-ordination and of all responsibilities above.
* Effective communication, organisation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to attend, influence, and persuade a range of stakeholders, tasks, and obligations, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Be a well organised self-starter, able to implement procedures and effectively manage all aspects of electrical Solar PV works.
* Commercial knowledge and good people skills to negotiate terms with a range of parties.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
