What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve sales targets for your territory and represent the company professionally. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, adhere to company policies, and work towards regional sales goals while maintaining profitability through proper pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
1. Sell exclusively the company's products as directed by management strategies.
2. Develop close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel.
3. Provide or arrange training on Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures.
4. Follow up on leads or visits promptly.
5. Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
6. Gain necessary product knowledge for effectiveness.
7. Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training as required.
8. Care for samples and instrumentation assigned.
9. Participate in stock checks of instrumentation and stocks.
What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in selling within the Medical Devices sector.
* Understanding of medical language and anatomy.
* Knowledge of divisional product portfolio.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Minimum 'A' level education or equivalent; a business degree is preferred.
* Knowledge of the territory, hospitals, and personnel.
