Role Responsibilities
* Supporting fee earners with their caseloads of private client matters, with a view to running your own caseload further down the line
* Liaising with clients by phone, email and face to face
* Drafting of legal documents including wills and LPA's
* Liaising with clients and third party professionals
* Assisting fee earners in matters pertaining to wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planning
* Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience supporting Private Client fee earners
* Experience of drafting wills and LPA's
* A good understanding of administration of estates
* Knowledge of estate planning
* A good level of computer literacy
* Excellent client care and IT skills
Employment Details
This is a permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
