Role Overview:
The Senior Internal Communications Manager will lead on internal communications for the Trust. They advise colleagues on best practices, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated. The role involves campaigns on a multi-site basis and collaborating with hospital teams to communicate strategic projects. The ideal candidate has experience in engaging staff, especially non-desk-based workers, and managing stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead development of internal communications strategy aligned with Trust’s clinical, operational, and workforce objectives.
2. Explore a new email platform to enhance user experience and provide metrics for evaluation.
3. Deliver internal communications activities while measuring effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
