Key Responsibilities
* Installation, setup, and calibration of DTF printers and associated equipment.
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on-site or remotely.
* Diagnose technical issues quickly and efficiently, providing effective solutions.
* Deliver user training and technical support to customers.
* Maintain detailed service records and report on field activity.
* Liaise with the technical and sales teams to support product performance and customer satisfaction.
* Promote best practices for machine upkeep and ink use.
About You
You are a hands-on, technically competent professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You take pride in delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience in field service engineering, ideally in digital printing or DTF technology.
* Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills.
* Knowledge of RIP software and digital print workflows is advantageous.
* Ability to travel extensively within the UK.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
