We’re looking for someone to join our team as Trip Support, assisting our Trip Leaders in ensuring the smooth running of group trips. This flexible, ad hoc role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a willingness to help, and the ability to complete various tasks. As Trip Support, you will play a key role in making group trips successful and enjoyable. You’ll assist the Trip Leader in coordinating activities, managing logistics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, help handle any unexpected challenges and ensure everything runs according to plan. While previous experience in a support or customer-facing role is helpful, it’s not essential. Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a willingness to work flexibly are the most important qualities we’re looking for. Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures is a bonus, but not required. This is an ad hoc position, offering flexible hours based on trip schedules. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys contributing to successful group experiences. We have a variety of trips that run in the week, weekend and evenings.
