Veterinary Receptionist and TB Administrator
Join our Farm Team at IVC Evidensia UK. This 40‑hour per week role combines client‑facing reception duties with administrative responsibility for TB testing and on‑farm support.
About the Role
This dual‑role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a balance of office‑based administration and practical, hands‑on involvement in farm animal care.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception & Administration: provide a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for clients; manage phone calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling; support day‑to‑day office tasks and maintain accurate records; deliver a high standard of customer service within a busy farm veterinary environment.
* TB Administration & On‑Farm Support: coordinate and schedule TB tests with clients and vets; complete and process all required documentation accurately; liaise with relevant agencies to ensure compliance; assist vets on‑farm during TB testing (full training will be provided).
About You
* Professional, organised and able to manage a varied workload.
* Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues.
* Comfortable working both in an office setting and outdoors on farms.
* Competent with computers and administrative systems.
* A reliable team player with a positive approach.
* Previous experience in agriculture or the veterinary sector is an advantage but not essential.
* A full driving licence is essential.
Shift Pattern
40 hours per week, a variety of shifts across Monday‑Friday.
