Working hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:30pm Salary Up to a £33,000 basic salary excellent company benefits The Role As an experienced Service Advisor, you understand that outstanding customer service goes beyond the desk. You’ll act as the key link between our customers and the workshop, confidently managing the service journey from initial booking through to vehicle handover. You’ll be trusted to: Manage a busy service drive with professionalism and efficiency Set clear customer expectations and maintain communication throughout the repair or service process Identify and confidently upsell additional work where appropriate Work closely with technicians and management to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI performance About You We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
