Our Role
As a Creative Technologist, you will work as a key contributor on projects to bring a technology focus into the creative and tactical ideation process, to inspire, evaluate and improve customer experiences and solve problems, and you will help to bring these concepts to life through prototyping at different levels of fidelity, all the way through to supporting more senior team members in liaison with third party development partners to implement solutions.
You will be able to apply your problem-solving skills and technical experience across a range of strategic and tactical projects, in order to help in further elevating the customer experiences we can offer with one eye on feasibility, complexity and implementation at all times.
What you can expect to be doing:
* Experience in various technologies, languages and web frameworks, alongside having experience in designing and optimising technical solutions, you will be able to bring this knowledge to support on projects of all shapes and sizes
* You will help to translate development and audience needs into intuitive, effective and user-friendly digital experiences; contributing when brainstorming concepts within the CX team from a tech perspective, and developing a working understanding of the strategic landscape in which our problem sits.
* Keep one eye on the evolving technology landscape and bring this knowledge to your work and projects to enhance and evolve customer experience
· Develop prototypes and proofs of concept in a range of applications or languages (e.g. HTML, Figma) and make well-informed decisions around the trade-offs in approach. Be able to rapidly incorporate user feedback into prototypes and POCs wherever required

Contribute to the
creation of proposals and scopes of work, providing a technology-focused
perspective to our approach and ways of working / methodologies

You will have
an understanding of the pharma tech landscape, understanding limitations and
opportunities at play when considering how to approach a technical solution
·
Be a creative
technology champion for the brands you work on, giving
consistently sound advice that drives an enhanced user experience that is
mindful of the realities of implementation
· Attend client and project meetings, participating and adding value as appropriate
·
Be a go-to subject
matter expert on the projects with which you are associated, providing guidance
when needed
What we’d like to see from you:
* Some experience across a wide variety of programming languages, platforms and technology frameworks and the trade-offs between use of different approaches
* High level of attention to detail: ability to identify issues and improve processes where bottelnecks are found
* Proactively share knowledge and experience when relevant
* Demonstrate strategic and creative awareness
