Are you an organised and confident communicator who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our friendly team at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Gillingham.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, call-centre-style setting where most communication takes place over the telephone. You’ll be handling a high volume of calls and working in a busy, sometimes noisy office, supporting patients through every step of their healthcare journey — from referral to treatment.
If you’ve previously worked from home or in a one-to-one environment, please note that this position is fully on-site and team-based, with lots of interaction throughout the day.
