You will;
* Enhance Educational Quality
* Support your team in developing lesson plans, educational materials, and teaching methods.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning for both personal and student development.
* Quality assuring the qualification outcomes for our young people.
* Overseeing Key Processes
* Ensure effective learning
* Safeguarding, and behavioural management at Oaktree Academy, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students. Working as the designated safeguarding lead for the site.
* Building Strong Relationships
* Develop and maintain robust connections with all stakeholders to establish Oaktree Academy
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will likely have held an educational role that supports leadership positions, within Mainstream, Special or Alternative Education provision.
* Qualified Educator: You are a certified teacher with extensive teaching experience, or have a background working in vocational education with assessor or verifier qualifications.
* Behavioural Management: understands that all behaviour is communication and is committed to removing barriers to education
* Passion for Alternative Education: Above all, you are passionate about Alternative Education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people through innovative teaching and learning.
Oaktree Academy's staff as part of the recruitment process will undergo safer recruitment checks, including enhanced DBS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £120.00-£150.13 per day
