Curriculum Lead in T Level Marketing and Business
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Curriculum Lead in T Level Marketing and Business for our Windsor College Campus, working 30 hours per week (0.81 FTE). The role offers a salary ranging from £25,648.38 (T1) to £36,762.97 (T11) before allowance; with a Management Allowance the total can range from £28,427.38 to £40,999.97, depending on experience and qualifications.
Expected start date: Thursday 20th August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day delivery of provision for learners across T Level Marketing and Level 3 Business programmes.
* Lead curriculum planning, design, delivery and continuous improvement of the Business curriculum area.
* Support teacher induction and development, and lead best practice sharing in teaching, learning and assessment.
* Work closely with the Assistant Principal and Head of Department to develop an innovative curriculum reflecting industry practice.
* Secure high‑quality student outcomes through effective use of college resources.
* Engage with employers and coordinate employer engagement activities.
* Automate and improve quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
* Significant teaching experience within a college environment.
* Strong track record of designing and delivering imaginative, innovative and high‑impact teaching.
* Ability to develop students’ knowledge, skills and behaviours for progression into higher education and employment.
* Experience in curriculum lead or leadership roles is desirable.
