To succeed as a Propositions Manager - Innovation Banking, you should have:
* Experience in product/proposition development or enhancing client experience and customer journeys with a focus on satisfaction.
* Skills in researching, analyzing data, identifying trends, interpreting insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of products and propositions within business banking.
Valued additional skills include:
* Project management experience.
* Experience working in risk and controls environments.
This role is based in London.
Purpose of the role
Manage and develop existing and new products/services, ownership of customer and colleague journeys, develop product strategy, drive change, make key lifecycle decisions, and own outcomes related to customers, colleagues, and the bank, ensuring compliance, risk management, and controls.
Accountabilities
* Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions.
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert, guiding stakeholders on products and journeys.
* Develop propositions and service strategies, define priorities, and lead execution.
* Understand financial drivers and develop business models.
* Evaluate feasibility, legal compliance, and risks of new products.
* Monitor market trends and feedback to refine products before launch.
* Manage launch plans, marketing strategies, training, and communication.
* Track metrics like adoption, usage, satisfaction, and revenue to assess performance.
