We are currently looking for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join our clients, an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This opportunity requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
Working hours:
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you’ll be required to work Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
The successful Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered:
1. £30,000 - £35,000
2. 24 days holiday + bank holidays

To be considered for the Mortgage Paraplanner role you must have:
5. Keen interest in Mortgages
6. Excellent organisational skills
7. Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
8. Knowledge of the mortgage & property market would be advantageous
9. Strong communication skills
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, your role will involve:
10. Speaking to clients
11. Advising them on product transfer rates
12. Completing applications
13. Liaising with Mortgage Advisors
14. Updating records
