An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the into work advice service. The into work advice service supports individuals who are looking for work or to upskill. The team is dispersed across the city supporting customers who require digital support.
About the job
This post will work within our Digital Engagement Team, providing targeted digital support and access opportunities across community venues and hubs in Cardiff as well as online/ by telephone.
The Project will seek to reduce digital exclusion rates in Cardiff, providing opportunities for digital skills development, access to digital devices and general digital support.
We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate digital skills and is competent with a range of technologies, softwares and systems in order to effectively assist those who need digital support.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of working with customers providing a high quality customer service. You will have good communication, excellent IT skills, and the ability support customers to the best of your abilities. You will be flexible and able to work from a variety of locations across the city.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
Evening and/or weekend working may be required.
