What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven classroom experience
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Ability to build warm, positive, and trusting relationships
Excellent communication skills
A clear commitment to safeguarding and equality
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
Understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
Confidence using ICT and educational software
