Eaton Syalon is partnering exclusively with a market-leading UK group based in Burton to recruit a Financial Controller. With multiple successful trading divisions, the business is continuing to grow.
As Financial Controller, you will play a central role in steering the financial performance of the UK operations. Youll lead a dedicated Finance team, own the monthly reporting cycle, drive continuous improvement in processes and controls, and act as a key business partner to senior leadership. Working closely with the Group Finance Director, you will bring clarity, accuracy and commercial insight to help shape business decisions and support ongoing growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead, coach and develop a team of six finance professionals across transactional finance, reporting and payroll
