What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of Cavanna Homes, guiding customers through every stage of their homebuying journey, from their first visit to the show home to handing over the keys to their new property. No two days will be the same: you might chat to a first‑time buyer excited to find their first home, or work with solicitors and site teams to progress a sale. You’ll know all the benefits and unique selling points of homes on our development to help you find the right match for each customer, ensuring a professional, supportive and seamless experience.
Additionally, You Will
* Make sure the show home and sales office presentation is outstanding
* Respond to generated sales leads
* Guide buyers through the sales process to completion
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Assist in detailed market research
* Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit

Who We’re Looking For
* Experience delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
* Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
* The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
* A full, valid driving licence
