We are recruiting for a newly created Operations Manager position within a fast-growing and ambitious business. You will be joining a strong, close knit team and will be responsible for developing and refining operational processes, implementing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of existing staff members. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will help ensure business objectives are achieved while taking ownership of day-to-day operational performance.
