Job Title: Facilities Administrator Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire Hours: Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm Overview: Auto Windscreens is one of the UK’s fastest growing and leading automotive glazing companies, innovation is at the heart of our business. The purpose of this role is to support the network facilities manager with the day-to-day operation and support of the Auto Windscreens portfolio of properties. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisor to provide support to the Auto Windscreen network of properties. Provide support to the Facilities Team by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPI’s and SLA’s Support with any areas of facilities management that is required by the team. Carry out daily activities such as incoming queries, requests and issues from our network. Processing of invoices and purchase orders for the department. Additional administration duties as required. Know, understand and apply the principles of TCF, and report any potential area of risk to your line manager. Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly. Where applicable, to ensure that DPA, FCA, TCF and other regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications: Skills and knowledge required: Demonstrates a good understanding of office procedures. Well organised and demonstrating attention to detail. Good numeracy and accuracy skills. Physically fit to cope with all aspects of the job role. Demonstrates ability to prioritise workflow volumes. Good keyboard skills. Ability to adopt flexible working practices.
