What the role involves
* Take responsibility for teaching a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and foster progress.
* Assess pupil performance and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular opportunities and collaborative planning.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement.
