Experience acting as a first point of contact for customer or resident queries, including handling complex or sensitive issues, is important. You should also be capable of problem-solving and managing workloads creatively and flexibly.
Excellent organizational skills are required to manage time and priorities effectively, including planning tasks up to six months in advance. A good working knowledge of IT packages, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and MS Word (including mail-merge, formatting, and complex formulas) is expected.
