Resourcing Business Partner - VolkerStevin

VolkerStevin are recruiting for a Site Administrator for our long term projects in Plymouth. This position will require security clearance. UK National is essential.
As the Site Administrator you will provide an effective administration function for both the site and the overall project, ensuring control of all agreed admin and documentation in a manner consistent with VolkerStevin and project processes and procedures.
To provide administrative support to the Head of Office Manager.
Key accountabilities
* Provide a complete administration function for the project.
* Purchase Card: Assist the Office Manager on managing purchase cards and support monthly spend reports.
* Click Travel: Book travel & hotels for the site team, run weekly reports to capture and reconcile costs.
* Reports: Run and review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
* Procure to Pay: Support the office management team with the following tasks:
* Querying invoices with suppliers and ensure query details are correct in 4PS.
* Managing/monitoring disputed invoices in a timely manner.
* 3‑way matching invoices in 4PS.
* Chasing credit notes.
* Entering goods receipt notes.
* Entering operated and labour timesheets.
* Plant Reports: Manage Live Hire Reports and weekly reviews on issues.
* Plant: Learn the plant system and support queries with the hire desk.
* Asset Register: Manage site purchased asset log.
* General Support: Support the Head of Office Management on any day‑to‑day tasks.
About you
* Site/Construction Company experience (not essential).
* Excellent communication skills, written English and ability to compile own letters.
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, E‑Mail and Internet.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to use initiative.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
* Experience in the Procure to Pay Process.
