* You’ll be responsible for proactively responding to alarms and minimising service outages
* You’ll promptly perform the necessary actions to restore service during degradation or outage conditions
* You’ll escalate incidents as per procedures and effectively communicate with stakeholders
* You’ll conduct regular checks on systems and services to ensure reliability
* You’ll monitor distress traffic in the network and take immediate action if needed
* You’ll identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency
* You’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement by presenting ideas and creating efficient operational and technical processes

* Good understanding of satellite communication networks, systems, and propagation
