IT Support Technician – MSP
£24,000 – £28,000 DOE | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm | On-site

We’re on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting IT systems and keeping things running smoothly for our customers – from troubleshooting Windows and networks, to getting hands-on with Office 365, Intune, servers, and more.

What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (tickets, phone, email).
* Troubleshoot and support:
* Office 365 Admin Portal
* Intune policies & device management
* Routers, switches & printers
* Server items – DHCP, DNS & Group Policy
* Windows 10 & 11 OS
* VPN connectivity issues
* Keep users updated and deliver great customer service.
* Proactively suggest ways to reduce recurring issues.
* Work closely with 3rd party providers when needed.
* Carry out regular IT checks to keep systems running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ IT support experience
* Knowledge of Office 365, Intune, and Windows troubleshooting.
* Understanding of servers (DHCP, DNS, Group Policy).
* Familiarity with VPNs, routers, switches & general IT kit.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
