Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham!
Shifts available working Monday - Friday
AM Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm
PM Shift: 1:30pm-9:00pm
PM Shift: 2.15pm - 10pm £12.21 per hour (with a pay increase after 12 weeks)
We're hiring reliable, hardworking people to join our fast-paced SMT production team. Assembly/production experience preferred, but full training provided.
Key Tasks:
✔️ Load & prep machines
✔️ Visual inspections
✔️ Replenish reels
✔️ Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
✅ Great attention to detail
✅ Willingness to learn
✅ Ability to follow instructions
